How It Works

Newflex offers an extensive network of providers accepting liens with over 750+ locations, and specialized care in 15+ specialties, available both in-person and via telemedicine.

Send us a referral or have your client reach out to us!

We can receive referrals via our online form, or via email, phone, or fax. In your request, let us know the type of specialist your client would like to see, along with basic demographic information such as name, phone, date of birth, date of loss, and city or zip code where your client is located. For Radiology and Physical Therapy, we will also need a copy of a doctor’s prescription.

Newflex gets to work!

Our team searches our massive network of providers accepting liens, keeping in mind the type of specialist requested, distance to your client, soonest availability, and Telemed options. We will then contact your client to discuss available options and finalize an appointment.

Additional Support

If you or your client have any issues following up with the provider for follow up care, we are happy to assist! We can also step in if you are having difficulty retrieving records such as bills and reports.

Settle directly with the provider

Once the case has been settled you can contract provider directly to satisfy any outstanding liens. Need help to negotiate bills? Simply contact us and we can refer you to firms that specialize in Lien Negotiation and Settlement.
