Accident Victims

NO HEALTH INSURANCE?

HIGH DEDUCTIBLE?

HIGH CO-INSURANCE?

NO PROBLEM.

Newflex was created specifically for accident victims seeking medical care.  We have worked hard to find top healthcare providers specializing in treating accident victims on lien basis.  This means that you will not have to pay upfront for any of your healthcare.   Your doctor will provide all the care you need and will work with your attorney for reimbursement once your case settles.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Great question! Well, actually, it’s quite simple! Once you have an attorney assigned to your case, you can simply send us a request for an appointment and let us know the type of specialist you are looking for. Our team will immediately get to work to find the right specialist near your vicinity and help you to schedule a convenient appointment. We will also coordinate any necessary paperwork such as Lien Agreement between the doctor’s office and your attorney’s office.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN ATTORNEY?

In order to get access to healthcare using our service, you must have an attorney assigned to your case. Attorneys act like a middle person between you and the insurance company to ensure that you are afforded compensation for your injuries. There is normally no fee to hire a Personal Injury attorney. Your attorney will only get paid a portion of any compensation that they successfully claim from the insurance company.    If you don’t have an attorney, we are happy to suggest some attorneys that specialize in Personal Injury Law*.  Once your case settles, your attorney will distribute the funds to cover your legal and medical expenses and will hand you the remaining funds.

*Please note that Newflex is NOT a registered attorney referral service. We are also not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Please see our entire terms of service by clicking here.

WHY TRUST NEWFLEX AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT?

When you get into an accident, you will likely have both medical and legal concerns. The medical providers that are in our network specialize specifically with helping accident victims to achieve full recovery. They are also well experienced in providing detailed med/legal reports which are needed by your attorney to complete your claim. Most importantly, the providers in our network do not require any upfront payment and will work with your attorney after the case settles to cover your medical expenses.
With over 750+ provider locations in our network in California, we can help you get immediate access to the specific type of healthcare you need. We are also able to coordinate Telemed appointments for your convenience!
